You already use ChatGPT or Claude. It still doesn't know your business, and you still do the work. I run my small business with an AI that knows it, and I teach small business owners how to set up theirs.
You explain your business again every time.
You copy its answer and paste it somewhere else.
It forgets what you told it last week.
It already knows your business when you open it.
It does the work: files the contact, sets the reminder, changes the web page.
What you tell it once is saved and used the next time.
It does about 110 hours of work a week for me. That's nearly the work of three full-time people, and it grows every week. It remembers what I've told it, so I can ask what I said about something months ago, and I keep finding new work to hand it.
Every three hours it reads my email. It updates my contacts with notes on every conversation and sets a reminder when I owe someone a reply. I have the history of everything with everyone. It's replaced my CRM.
Every night it researches my business. It found two grants I'd never heard of that I qualify for. One is for up to $4,000, and one has paid out $10,000.
Once a month it turns the video clips, narration and music in my library into a month of short video posts. I approve them in one sitting. Every morning they go out on seven accounts.
Every night it drafts a new blog post for my approval. When I approve it, it publishes it to my website, adds it to my FAQ, and posts about it on six of my social media accounts.
It plans my Google and Meta ad campaigns with me: what to say and who to show them to. Then it reads the results. It tells me what one new customer costs and recommends changes. I don't have to know how Google Ads or Meta Ads work, and it's saved me at least $20,000 in ad agency fees.
When it says it'll check on something next week, it puts that on its own calendar, does it, and tells me what it found.
$1,000,000+ of work in under eight months, and I didn't hire anyone to do it.
A website where customers book and pay, plus the back office behind it: bookings, customers, payments, staff, suppliers, finances, email and social media. An agency team would have needed about a year and about $800,000 to build it. I built it with Claude, by myself, in under eight months. Every time it changes, 2,012 automated tests check it.
When I want something changed, I say what I want and it's done. Paying someone to keep up with my changes would cost me tens of thousands of dollars a year.

"Dude you just saved me so much time."
I spent 28 years in professional services before I started my own business. I'm not a programmer. Today I run my business with Claude. It does about 110 hours of work a week for me, and it's saved me more than $1,000,000 by building the software that runs my business.
