I help small business owners run their business with AI. I learned it running my own.
I'm Carey Rouse. I still run my own small business full-time. I'm not a guru with a team doing the work behind me. I set all of this up myself, in my own business, and I watch my costs the same way you do.
Why does EverVenture exist?
When you run a small business, you do everything: the social media, the follow-ups, the website, the email. There isn't time to do it all the old way.
Now AI can do a lot of that work. But there's a lot to learn, and most of the people teaching it have a team doing the work for them.
I spent months figuring it out on my own, in my own business. I tried things that didn't work, undid them and tried again. EverVenture is how I share what finally worked.
I know the pressure you're under right now. I'm under it too. Every small business owner is going to have to learn AI, or get left behind. I can help you learn it faster, without the mistakes I made.
How I work today
I spent 28 years in professional services before I started my own business, and I'm not a programmer. My last corporate job was Chief of Staff, and that's where I got into AI. I used it to build the structure our business didn't have yet, and to speed up and automate everything I could.
At the same time, it helped me write my book, Find Meaning Through Relentless Discipline.
Today I run my business with Claude. It does about 110 hours of work a week for me, nearly the work of three full-time people, and it's saved me more than $1,000,000 by building the software that runs my business.
I run live and virtual working sessions where people build, not just watch.

You never read code. Claude writes it. You say what you want and tell it what you saw.
I show you my real business
In the AI at Work Masterclass you watch my own business run on screen: contacts filed from my email, reminders set, social media posts written and sent. None of the examples are made up.
You build something you'll use
In the AI at Work Build Sessions, you build it yourself, on your own laptop, for your own business. You leave with Claude set up and a real website, live on the internet for anyone to visit, on your own domain if you connect it.
