What happens in each session
See what AI can do in a real business
You watch my AI do a day's real work in my business. You learn how the chat you use differs from Claude Code on your laptop. You see what you'll build in sessions 2 and 3. After the session, you set up Claude on your laptop as homework, with step-by-step instructions and a video for Mac and for Windows.
Teach Claude your business
You drop in the files I run my own business on. Then Claude interviews you and writes down what it learns, so it knows your services, your clients and your voice every time you open it.
Build your new website
Claude studies your current site and builds a new one, and you pick the look. You publish it, and it's a real website, live on the internet for anyone to visit, hosted on Vercel. Then you make your first change by typing what you want. If you want, you connect your own domain, like yourbusiness.com, with the homework after session 3.
Your three weeks

What you leave with
- You log off from session 3 with a real website for your business, live on the internet for anyone to visit, hosted on Vercel.
- You can change that website yourself, any time, by typing what you want.
- You have Claude Code set up and working on your own laptop, Mac or Windows.
- You have an AI that already knows your business: your services, your clients, your voice and your rules.
- You get the files I run my own business on, ready to use in yours.
- You get prompts that work as written for the weekly work your business runs on.
- You can put your website on your own domain, like yourbusiness.com, with the homework after session 3.
- You get a follow-up call a week later, to get you past whatever stopped you.
- You get the replay of every session for 30 days.
What you need
You need a laptop, Mac or Windows, and Claude Pro, which is $20 a month. You also need a free GitHub account, which keeps a copy of everything you build, and Vercel's free Hobby plan, which hosts your website.
