This page says what EverVenture collects when you use everventure.com or sign up for something here, what we do with it, and how you can have it removed.
EverVenture, LLC runs everventure.com. It teaches small business owners to use AI in their business through the AI at Work Masterclass, the AI at Work Build Sessions, the AI at Work Automation Program and free guides. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean EverVenture, LLC.
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your first name and your email address, and on the AI at Work Masterclass sign-up, the day you pick.
When you buy the AI at Work Build Sessions, you pay on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe collects your name, your email address and your card details. We see your name, your email address and what you paid; we never see your full card number.
If you answer our feedback questions about the AI at Work Build Sessions, we keep your answers and your first name and last initial with the record of your payment in Stripe. We quote your answers on this site only if you leave on the switch that says we can. If you answer our feedback questions about the AI at Work Masterclass, we keep your answers and the name you give on your record in our email list at Kit, with the same switch.
When you open an email from us or click a link in it, our email service records that, so we know which emails people read.
The company that hosts this site keeps short-lived server records of each visit, such as the address of the device and the browser it used. This site also uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which pages you visit here and whether you signed up for something or bought a seat, so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads work, and so Meta can show our ads to people like the ones who sign up. Meta may set a cookie in your browser to do this. When you arrive from one of our ads, this site also keeps a small cookie for 30 days saying which ad it was, and sends that with your sign-up, so we know which ads bring people who sign up.
We use your name and email address to send you what you asked for: the guide, your AI at Work Masterclass details and replay, or the next AI at Work Build Sessions dates. We may also email you about our other classes and guides. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list.
If you buy the AI at Work Build Sessions, we use your name and email address to send what you bought: your welcome email, the Zoom links, the replays and reminders about the sessions. These come from carey@notifications.everventure.com. If you're already on our email list, we also mark you there as a buyer, so you don't get emails asking you to buy a seat you already have. Buying never adds you to the list.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone so they can market to you. These companies handle this information to run the site, the emails and our ads:
Kit (kit.com) stores the email list and sends our emails. Stripe (stripe.com) takes payments and keeps the record of each one. Resend (resend.com) sends the emails you get after you buy. Vercel (vercel.com) hosts this website. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the pages use, so your browser asks Google for them when a page loads. Zoom runs the live sessions you join. When you sign up for the AI at Work Masterclass, we send Zoom your first name and email address so it can make your own join link, and Zoom tells us who came, so the email after the class fits whether you came or not. Meta (meta.com) receives what the Meta Pixel reports and uses it under its own privacy policy, which includes deciding which ads to show.
We'd also share information if the law required it.
We keep your name and email address while you're on our list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our list. The record of a payment stays in Stripe, because we keep a record of every sale for our taxes.
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time with the link at the bottom of it. You can also email carey@everventure.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll do it.
You can limit how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block it with your browser's privacy settings.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
Questions about this policy or your information go to carey@everventure.com.
